Bill is a passionate leader who believes in creating a People First Culture. He talks about this in his keynote speech, “Making the Leadership Bet.” He gets personal, talking about his own “bet.”
The short story: He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and spent 53 years there. However, he decided to move to Charlotte, North Carolina, to become the CEO of Sharonview Federal Credit Union.
In his speech, he shares the "bet" he made by putting all his leadership skills, or “chips,” to work to deliver financial results and build relationships across the organization and in the Carolinas.
