Hailey Douglas keeps businesses running smoothly. At Sharonview Federal Credit Union, she was Bill Partin’s senior executive assistant – and virtual right hand – for nearly 10 years. She handled all administrative matters related to Bill’s duties as CEO and Sharonview’s Board of Directors – and with a keen eye for details and a commitment to timeliness. Bill could never imagine work life without Hailey, who now works part-time with The Leadership Bet.

Prior to Sharonview and The Leadership Bet, Hailey was an executive assistant to the president and CEO of Neste Event Marketing, now Neste Live!, in the Nashville, Tennessee, area. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in recording industry, music business from Middle Tennessee State University.

Kelcey Stevens is an established and credentialed leadership coach. He empowers individuals and teams to unlock their potential, broaden their beliefs, shift mindsets, foster inclusivity and chart a path to success.

Kelcey has coached leaders and teams from world renowned organizations such as Conde Nast, GE Health, Liberty Mutual, Microsoft, Sony, RBC, United Health Group and more.

He also draws upon more than two decades of leadership experience with organizations like Principal Financial Group, Santander, Capital One and HSBC. At Sharonview Federal Credit Union, Kelcey helped facilitate the roll-out of an enterprise-wide coaching program and developed an internal leadership development program.

Kelcey is an International Coaching Federation-certified leadership coach, a Hogan-certified assessor and Korn Ferry KF360-certified assessor. He is certified in social styles and behavioral emotional intelligence.

SENIOR LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Linda Lafortune is a credit union veteran with more than 30 years of experience that includes branch and back-office roles. At Sharonview Federal Credit Union, where she worked with Bill Partin, she was AVP of Learning & Development and focused on employee engagement and leadership development.

Linda works with The Leadership Bet’ clients to develop and deliver customized programs aimed at developing leaders and organizational culture. Those who attend Linda’s sessions leave with useful, impactful lessons they can immediately put to use to boost personal, team and organizational growth and mindset.

Linda earned her master’s degree in leadership and organizational change from Pfeiffer University. She is a certified facilitator for DDI and EQi 2.0 (MHS). She serves as an adjunct college instructor for business and leadership courses.
